  • Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company
  • Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
  • Follow established treatment protocols
  • Generate and maintain a client base
  • Attend trainings/meetings
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
  • Occasional travel may be required to other locations for training

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Aesthetician license in Maryland
  • 2+ years of esthetician experience
  • Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, and micro-penning desired
  • Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and ingredients
  • Existing clientele is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Proficient with email

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Proficient with email
  • Social Media experience is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of:

  • Occasional periods of:

Pay Range: $20.00 - 36.00 per hour*

*Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location and market.
