Qualifications
Required
- Passion for Emergency Nursing
- 1+ Years working acute care hospital based RN experience
- Telemetry experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS), & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
Preferred
- 1+ years previous Emergency Department/Critical Care RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree

Our Emergency Room serves more than 25,000 senior, adult and pediatric emergency room patients each year. St. Charles recently unveiled its $10 million Emergency Department (ED) expansion. Highlights of our expansion include: Increased space of approximately 4,000 square feet that includes an additional 10 treatment bays, a larger waiting room, and additional nursing and charting stations. Fast track/urgent care designated area for rapid assessment and escalation to a higher level as needed. Separate waiting room and treatment area for those seeking chemical dependency detoxification. Job Details Qualifications: Passion for Emergency Nursing 1+ Years working acute care hospital based RN experience required. Telemetry experience required. 1+ years previous Emergency Department/Critical Care RN experience strongly preferred. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
