The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) is responsible for administering prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of the RN Supervisor and the LPN.   • Assist nurses in providing patient care through personal care, which will include personal hygiene assistance, assistance in preparing meals and feeding, and assistance in bathroom.

The CMT is under the direction of the RN Supervisor and the LPN to provide all aspects of medication administrartion to patient care according to individualized client needs in confromance with recognized nusing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of practical nursing. The CMT will be responsible for, but not limited to:
