  • Applies knowledge of relay logic in the troubleshooting of PLC's in the production equipment.
  • Applies NFPA 70E standards in the work situation.
  • May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems.
  • Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems and other mechanical systems on production equipment to assure optimum performance of that production process.
  • Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • Solid working knowledge of relay logic.
  • Strong understanding of NFPA 70E standards.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of relay logic and NFPA 70E standards in troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility on shifts, willing to train on 1st shift and potentially move to 2nd or 3rd shift afterward.

Become part of a growing WestRock Corrugate facility!!

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians at the Mesquite facility located at 700N. Sam Houston Rd. This facility has been fully upgraded and automated for 2022.

MUST BE FLEXIBLE ON SHIFTS: WILL NEED TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT AND BE FLEXIBLE AFTER TRAINING TO MOVE TO 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT.

2ND 2P-10P

3RD 10P*-6A

Maintenance pay rates are $28.49-$40.68/hr (based on experience/qualifications). Benefits: are eligible after 60 days (Med, Den, Vision and more).

The Opportunity
