  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with headquarters to replenish stock as needed.
  • Implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and loss prevention.
  • Maintain the store's visual standards by ensuring that displays, signage, and product presentations are in line with brand guidelines.
  • Implement creative merchandising techniques to showcase product assortments and highlight key collections.
  • Regularly refresh displays and window presentations to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
