Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working maintenance on office, retail, industrial, apartment, single family rentals, hotels, or resorts.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC including experience with a cooling tower, water treatment, and large tonnage chiller maintenance.
- Rotation of on-call duty after hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
Preferred
- SMT/SMA designation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Rate: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

As Maintenance Technician, you will assist the Building Engineer with all the building maintenance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and other operational programs to protect and maximize the operating efficiency of the properties. In addition, provide prompt and courteous service to tenant requests and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and vendors.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience working maintenance on the following property types: office, retail, industrial, apartment, single family rentals, hotels, or resorts. Additionally, must have knowledge of commercial HVAC including experience with a cooling tower, water treatment, and large tonnage chiller maintenance. Furthermore, requires rotation of on-call duty after hours. Education requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, and or SMT/SMA designation preferable. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
