Required

  • No previous felony convictions
  • Two years of full-time college in police science or allied field, OR two years of police or campus security experience

The **UW Medicine - Primary Care Clinics** has an outstanding opportunity to hire a **HOSPITAL SECURITY OFFICER** . This position will float to all Primary Care Clinic locations (Federal Way, Kent/Des Moines, and Ballard).

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ UW Medicine Primary Care Clinic Hospital Security Officers, under general direction, provide security work to protect life and property; enforce administrative policies, laws, and ordinances; maintain order, and prevent and investigate crime

+ Hospital Security Officers provide assistance and effective problem resolution for patients, staff, and visitors at the Ballard Clinic, in both patient and non-patient areas

+ Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff
