- Effective communication with customers and team members
- Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching, and climbing

As an Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance, you are a CORE member of our team by providing excellent customer service to our customers and using your appliance repair expertise. A broken appliance can disrupt a familys life you can be a superhero by getting their appliance working again.
Specific Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and repair residential or commercial appliances
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the art mobile app
- Ensure SAFE and efficient use of company vehicle and equipment
- Communicates required customer info back to main office
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Customer facing preferred (ie. not scared to talk, sell and answer questions).
- Has a mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (100% required)
- Can demonstrate problem solving capabilities with the above aptitudes
- Detail oriented when documenting findings
- Can use a volt meter (known as multimeter)
- Knows how to read volts, amps, resistance, temperature
- Knows ALL typical tools within a tool box
- Able to adapt and use Ipad work order software
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching and climbing.
