The Senior Software Engineer at Atlantic Group will be the lead developer in a start-up organization, responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. This role involves working closely with large-scale applications and frameworks, designing and building technical systems, and developing and supporting software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements. Responsibilities

  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
  • Work closely with the founders to design and build technical systems from the simplest components (integrations, building our API) to projects on the cutting edge of Voice AI around reliability and latency for hundreds of concurrent interviews
  • Design and build multiple 0 to 1 projects around automating processes
  • Work to fine tune modes to limit hallucination and increase content standardization
  • Build workflow software that allows companies to create the best interview
  • Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
  • Support test and deployment of new products and features

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • 5+ years of full stack experience
  • Experience building or designing AI Projects
  • Experience with Python or Typescript
  • Experience with NoSQL or SQL
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
