  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop others
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently stand and move about the work area, handle objects and equipment to help maintain the facility, frequently bend, stoop, and kneel, work in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment found in a hotel/kitchen environment

Above grouping of hotel Leadership in the Daytona Beach area, Premier Hotel, experienced leaders only, ability to drive KPI’s, guest satisfaction and loyalty, and activate the hotel. High energy, high engagement and high level of service demonstrated in skill set.


About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for all food and beverage production and service for the property as directed by hotel/company leadership. This position is a strategic partner who helps the property achieve its goals by being an advocate, leader, and champion for inspiring achievement in the food & beverage team.

The Director supervises all of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, in room dining, kitchens, stewarding, and banquets as applicable for the property. The Director of Food and Beverage must harmonize the culture, mission, values, and quality standards to ensure maximum potential is achieved. This person must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.
