Responsibilities:

• Access, enter and interpret computerized data/information.
  
• Facilitate communication with various health care team members, patients, and families.
• Set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
• Solve clinical nursing issues and conduct quality improvement research utilization projects.
  
• Effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
• Meet the core job responsibilities following practice setting demands for the patient populations regularly served.
  
• Effectively manage stress due to critical issues related to patient care, changing organizational climate, and personnel issues.

Experience Required for Your Success

Required Minimum Education:

• Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

• RN State License (Single or Compact license)
• Basic Life Support

Required Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience
• Direct patient care experience is preferred
