  • Provide administrative support to team members and management, as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1 year of Accounting experience; 2 years preferred
  • Working knowledge of general Accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel, including experience with formulas, IF formulas, charts, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
  • Proficient computer knowledge and strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise and detailed records
  • Proven ability to set and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to analyze multiple sets of data and achieve an outcome to be presented
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred

  • Prior experience using Basware, Oracle, or a similar platform

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled administrative/accounting professional to assist the Director of Business Management with processing and tracking Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Accounts Payable invoices. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using Excel on a daily basis to create Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently, be proficient in basic Accounting, and have an analytical mindset to interpret sets of data and achieve a conclusion.
