  • Perform data entry tasks and manage heavy email correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Carry out any tasks or assignments given by upper management or supervisors.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proficiency in business systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
  • Familiarity with Cargowise, CRM, and About Time software.
  • Ability to handle billing functions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Capability to coordinate logistics at a local and global level.
  • Understanding of intermodal logistics.
  • Experience in logistics and distribution.
  • Familiarity with the logistics industry.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing environment of global logistics.
  • Must have a general understanding of logistics operations and related areas.
