BayCare is currently in search of our newest Pharmacy Manager at BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our Pasco County community. Our 86-bed facility provides comprehensive medical services and health care resources including an emergency department, an intensive care unit with virtual-monitoring beds, diagnostic services such as imaging and lab, and physical rehabilitation.

**Key responsibilities include:**

+ Operational, financial, and clinical functions of the department of pharmacy

+ Establishing and monitoring quality indicators

+ Continuing the development and implementation of policies and procedures for new and existing pharmacy services

+ Determining and deploying resources, and maintaining safe and effective departmental operations

+ Scheduling, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary action of pharmacy team members

**Education:**

+ Required Bachelors Pharmacy Degree

+ Preferred Masters or Doctoral Pharmacy Degree

**Credentials:**

+ Required Pharmacist License - State of Florida

+ Preferred Consultant Pharmacist license

+ Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists) - Accredited Program

**Experience:**

+ 1 year Management experience

+ 1 year Pharmacy experience

+ Preferred 3 years hospital related pharmacy experience
