Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, this includes THC.
  • Open availability. Paulo St. Louis is a 24 hour Monday-Friday facility.
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.

Our St. Louis Production Team Members start at $17.50/hr, with the average team member increasing their pay by $5.00/hr in just 15 months!
