Maintenance Tech/Porter (Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Technician/Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Jersey City, New Jersey location.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

+ Perform manual repairs when necessary.

+ Perform maintenance of electrical systems.

+ Conduct general upkeep procedures.

+ and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

+ Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows.

+ Experience in Landscaping.

+ Experience in Boilers and HVAC.

+ Experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting.
