  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree

Our client, an AM law 200 firm, is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant for their Los Angeles office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of legal experience to get into a position that allows for learning and growth.


This position will support 3 partners and is an integral part of their overall success. In this role you’ll be a “right hand” to the partners and proactively manage their day-to-day schedule and operations. It requires critical and strategic thinking and the ability to understand overall objectives, anticipate, and problem solve.


This position offers a hybrid schedule and requires three days onsite in their Los Angeles office.


*Previous law firm experience is required.
