  • Industry Experience required with experience in skilled trade preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
  • Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record

Specialty Operations Team Leader


Summary

The Specialty Operations Team Leader will be responsible for leading strategic planning and people management of following trades and services: construction, building operations systems, and interior facility maintenance. This role will build, maintain, and execute the standard program across the trades. The Specialty Operations Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of facilities services to several major client sites across various geographic territories. This role plays an integral part in technical execution, operational support, and financial success for the assigned client base. This role also works closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to address daily client challenges, while identifying and executing opportunities to make meaningful improvements to client operations.


Responsibilities

  • Specialty operations standard program development and management through a structured framework based on client needs, market trends, and competitive regional insights
  • Policies and procedure development to execute and maintain the standard program offering KPIs and deliverables
  • Provide people leadership, development, and management to Construction, BOS, and IFM teams
