  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and operate computerized control systems; PLC knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of performing maintenance tasks at heights (e.g., 100 feet silos).
