ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As the office manager with Jenny Martin Insurance Agency, Inc., you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. Alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities in the agency, including but not limited to: work closely with the agent to establish agency and individual team member goals to drive results, train employees, track activities, ensure tasks are completed, timely lead response and customer monitoring.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
