Basic Job Functions:

The U-Channel Supervisor is responsible for the safety, direction, and development of the U-Channel Products Team. This role supports the goals of the u-channel fabrication department and Nucor Steel Marion in the areas of Safety, Profitability, Quality, Environmental, Cost and Productivity. Candidates must possess a high degree of dedication to handle all responsibilities of a Nucor supervisor.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
