Vehicle Price Factors Specialist

Job Overview:

Join our team at DCI Solution as a Vehicle Price Factors Specialist and put your vehicle knowledge to work. You will work closely with the Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Valuations, Director of Valuations, and other team members to perform various duties.

• Utilize your deep vehicle knowledge to analyze various factors that affect vehicle pricing.

• Use current vehicle industry resources to obtain data to update and maintain our proprietary database of price factors.

• Communicate effectively with valuations staff on current orders for price factor verification.

• Maintain consistent and timely workflow while managing multiple orders.

Full-time, work from home position. Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm MT (Schedule subject to change)

Requirements:

• Desktop computer with dual monitors

• Reliable high-speed broadband internet service

Qualifications:

• Experience and/or knowledge of automotive, commercial, power sports, or recreational vehicles

• Prior experience in a pricing or market research role is a plus

• Solid computer skills with a strong background in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Microsoft Teams

• Critical thinking/mathematic skills

• Ability to conduct advanced internet searches to determine accurate and reliable information

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of autonomy, self-motivation, and ethical self-management

• Strong time management/multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced virtual environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail (spelling, grammar, and professionalism)

• Ability and desire to support the needs of other team members as needed

• Flexibility to change and/or accept new responsibilities as our growing company expands

• Prior experience in a pricing or market research role is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the vehicle insurance/claims industry

• Previous experience working from home
