  • Experience working with electronic health records and databases, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must have the ability to obtain SF86 Position of Trust.

Job Summary: The Healthcare Provider will be responsible for conducting physical and mental/behavioral health assessments to military service members in Alaska. Acting as a subject matter expert regarding physical and behavioral health requirements and regulations, the Health Care Provider will perform Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Mental Health Assessments (MHA), Pre and Post Deployment Health Assessments and Post Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA).

  • Monday-Friday 6:00am-9:00 pm

Physical Demands: Works in remote office environment, sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours. Uses standard computer equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
