Responsibilities

  • Monitor experience operating standards, metrics and safety, and assigned budgets

  • Collaborate with team on crisis management and communication
  • Provide daily updates and reports to leadership team
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
  • Attraction, theme park, or touring experience preferred
  • Familiarity with attraction and touring entertainment operations
  • Proven excellence in leadership, team building, management and motivation skills
  • Strong analytical, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel etc.) and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

Preferred

  • Further education in hospitality management or related field

Full Job Description

Our client, an immersive, interactive Minecraft adventure, is hiring a temporary part time Assistant Experience Manager to join the team at their location in Plano. This is a temporary position that will run from October to mid-January with the possibility to expend based on performance and the needs of the business. 14 to 20 weeks with the opportunity to move cities and become permanent.
