Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team, focusing on creating cohesive and engaging experiences across our product offerings. This role will collaborate with both the design systems and marketing teams to envision new ways of connecting businesses with customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, highly detail-oriented, and skilled in interaction and visual design.

Key Responsibilities

Design Excellence: Leverage strong interaction and visual design skills to create innovative and user-friendly products.

Strategic Implementation: Plan and implement design strategies that drive customer value and align with business objectives.

Design Artifacts Creation: Produce graphic templates, wireframes, information architecture diagrams, and other artifacts to support user experience design.

Documentation: Accurately document final designs and collaborate with marketing to produce consumer-facing experiences.

Process Improvement: Identify and lead improvements in processes, products, or culture within the team.

Qualifications

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web, software, or hardware products.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Portfolio: Submission required with application.

Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, including Color, typography, layout, and brand.

Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills.

Additional Skills: 3D design skills are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic animation skills (Figma required; After Effects preferred).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) preferred.

Top Required Skills:

• Motion Design: 3-4 years of experience.
• Figma: 2-3 years of experience.
• 3D Skills: Experience in 3D design is highly desirable.
