  • Hold full inventory processes quarterly or as determined to best mitigate shrink, on hand negatives or overages and exceed operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage product deliveries and receipt, systems management, defectives, and overall organization to best impact client experience, drive sales and continuously improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure proper supply replenishment and on hand level management
  • Manage completion of daily fulfillment needs and proper communication with team members and clients, fueling the success of our overall client experience
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to drive business impact, achieve and exceed KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on delivering the highest levels of service to the Thom Browne clientele

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' retail operations or inventory management experience, preferably within a luxury environment
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical skills; strong attention to detail
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Adaptable and motivated to work and learn alongside a strong team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred
