The Supply Chain Manager at HCLTech is responsible for managing supply chain operations, including MRP Project Workstream, inventory management, and collaboration with buyers to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials. - Manage raw material project items related to implementation of Projects.
- Monitor on hand inventory targets and develop/maintain heat maps to show on hand coverage.
- Ensure attainment to safety stock strategy is met to support implementation and transfer timelines for site projects.
- Collaborate with other workstreams to ensure raw material related items are supported and completed on a timely basis.
- Step in and help buyers place PO’s along with contacting suppliers to ensure an on-time delivery of open orders.

- Manage raw material project items related to implementation of Projects.
- Monitor on hand inventory targets and develop/maintain heat maps to show on hand coverage, by working closely with buyers to understand & escalate potential supply gaps.
- Ensure attainment to safety stock strategy is met to support implementation and transfer timelines for site projects, while minimizing SLOB and meeting inventory targets, including working with project team to identify storage needs for LTB (Last Time Buy) raw materials.
- Collaborate with other workstreams to ensure raw material related items are supported and completed on a timely basis.
- As needed step in and help buyers place PO’s along with contacting suppliers to ensure an on-time delivery of open orders
