Responsibilities

• Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate network environments
• VMWare vSphere server virtualization
• Dell Servers, Storage (Unity) and Dell WYSE Thin Clients
• Citrix Cloud Desktop and Applications

• Windows 2019 Servers in an Active Directory Environment
• Veeam Backup and Disaster Recovery

• Schedule and monitor needed updates utilizing WSUS
• Understanding of large scale document imaging processes
• Ensure network security – Crowdstrike endpoint protection
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Support corporate Help Desk
• Support multiple office locations

Qualifications

Required

• Experience with VMWare vSphere server virtualization
• Knowledge of Dell Servers and Storage (Unity)
• Familiarity with Dell WYSE Thin Clients
• Experience with Citrix Cloud Desktop and Applications
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Experience with Windows 2019 Servers in an Active Directory Environment
• Knowledge of Veeam Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Experience with SDWAN
• Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls and Aruba layer 3 switches
• PowerShell knowledge
• Understanding of large scale document imaging processes
• Experience with network security tools, particularly Crowdstrike endpoint protection
• Ability to monitor network performance and test for weaknesses
• Experience in corporate Help Desk support
• Ability to support multiple office locations
