- Solve internal customer issues using methodical troubleshooting approaches based on mid to expert-level knowledge of Oracle EBS application functionality and technology.
- Work closely with users to understand their needs, support business change initiatives, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Provide remote-based functional support and training for multiple Oracle EBS modules to a global user base.
- Support client customizations and share implementation and best practices advice to optimize Oracle EBS usage.
- Develop application break fixes and workarounds for critical product defects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Be an active contributor to a 24x7x365 running support organization. This role requires flexible hours and regular monitoring of emails outside of standard business hours.
- Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in test environments or via remote client connectivity.
