We will select the best candidate and possibly move existing Supervisors as necessary to build our best team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a maintenance team that builds on our safety culture, grows our predictive and preventive maintenance systems, helps manage continuous improvement project s, and diligently works on team development.

+ High school diploma or GED
+ One year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
