  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the care coordinator
  • Ensure that all care is provided with respect for the client's dignity and independence

Qualifications

Required

  • The minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is a mandatory prerequisite
  • Direct Support Professional I and / or II certification is a preferred qualification
  • Effective and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues
  • Successful completion of all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including but not limited to a comprehensive criminal background check, drug screening, and documentation of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as running, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, and transferring individuals

Momentum is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and independently in their homes. As a Caregiver, you'll play a crucial role in improving the lives of those we serve while fostering a sense of belonging, dignity, and fulfillment.

Salary: $17.75 - $18.25 per hour

Schedules Available:

  • 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, varying days, including weekends and holidays
  • 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, varying days, including weekends and holidays

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Additional Information:

  • The sign-on Bonus will be paid in two payments. The first payment will be made after 90 days of employment and the second payment will be made after 6 months of employment.
