Restaurant Department Manager

We are hiring for our Hopkins, Eden Prairie and Roseville locations and candidates must have the ability to work closing shifts.

We serve up awesome food made from fresh ingredients and original recipes made in-house by our dedicated team members.

Location: Hopkins, Roseville and Eden Prairie

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

+ Report to the General Manager.

+ 45-hour work week, primarily evenings/nights

+ Responsible for managing store operations.

+ Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Luce's culture.

+ Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 30+ staff to provide best in class delivery and curbside service to guests.

+ Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.

+ Ability to work late nights and weekends.

+ In absence of the General Manager, RM performs all managerial duties.

WHAT YOU OFFER US

+ 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume curbside pickup and delivery operation.

+ Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced/demanding business.

+ Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.

+ Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff, exceptional guest service, and excellent food.

+ Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.
