  • Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends.
  • In absence of the General Manager, RM performs all managerial duties.

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume curbside pickup and delivery operation.
  • Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced/demanding business.
  • Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff, exceptional guest service, and excellent food.
  • Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.

We are hiring for our Hopkins, Eden Prairie and Roseville locations and candidates must have the ability to work closing shifts.

Pizza Lucé is a highly regarded local restaurant company that has earned rave reviews from media and food critics for making inventive, craveable pizzas and building authentic, enjoyable experiences for our guests.We at Pizza Lucé have been proudly serving up some of the best pizza, hoagies, salads, vegan and gluten-free items in Minnesota since 1993. Way back then we began as a small pizzeria in the Minneapolis warehouse district and have won many awards and accolades over the years for our award-winning pizza and guest service. We serve up awesome food made from fresh ingredients and original recipes made in-house by our dedicated team members.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
