**Responsibilities**

Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.

+ Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.

+ Troubleshoot most application problems independently.

+ Possess and apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.

+ Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.

+ Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.

+ Share knowledge effectively within the work team.

The ideal candidate will have:

+ Knowledge and experience with EPIC EHR

+ At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Developer T-SQL, SSIS and SQL Agent Jobs

+ At least 2 years of experience developing EPIC reports and extracts

+ Knowledge, experience and certification with the Epic Cogito Clarity SQL Server database

+ Usage of Big Query (BQ) on the Google Cloud Platform

+ Experience with Google Workspace

**Requirements**

Education:

- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
