  • Educate users about system functionality, and promote relevant training.
  • Actively record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system.

Qualifications

Required

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding and working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Strong experience in providing PC and Printer support.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
