As a Project Shop Technician at Kellymoss Inc., you will be part of a team dedicated to excellence in Porsche racing and lifestyle branding. Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department
  • Perform Porsche vehicle maintenance services as specified
  • Identify and diagnose customer concerns per manufacturer's specification and guidelines
  • Use various types of electrical and mechanical diagnostic equipment to test and validate vehicle systems
  • Perform thorough inspection of customer's vehicle, reporting all required repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Perform full tear downs, repairs, and upgrades to vehicles
  • Perform full component and sub assembly tasks such as suspension, brakes, powertrain installation and removal, mounting and balancing tires, and interior IP
  • Diagnose and repair all manners of Electrical faults
  • Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
  • Road test and validate repairs, service, or upgrades
  • Work in a cross functional team environment as a strong team player
  • Maintain proper record of time and materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills
  • 6+ years of experience in similar automotive or motorsports industry
  • Bachelor's degree, technical training certificates or equivalent experience in automotive or motorsports industry
  • Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes
  • Self-supply basic personal tools

Preferred

  • European car experience
  • ASE Certification
  • Experience with MoTeC, AEM, and other vehicle systems

Who You Are

+ Possess mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills

+ Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes
