We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system improvements, enhancements, and new functionalities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for user issues, system errors, and performance problems.
  • Conduct system health checks, system configurations or queries, and make diagnoses of system issues to prevent ticket creation or escalation.
  • Configure and maintain system modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop training programs and promote the capabilities of the systems in use.
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to optimize workflows.
  • Collect and document requirements for small to medium-scale evolutionary changes.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and requirements and provide guidance on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Conduct testing and validation of system changes, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure smooth operation and compliance with business processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for systems usage and processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of the corporate system.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in supporting and maintaining systems (especially ERPs), preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, and processes, particularly in sales, finance, logistics, and spare parts.
  • Experience with ERP system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automotive corporate applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience on Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft 365 suite.

Preferred

  • Ability to speak Italian.

We are in search of an Enterprise (ERP) Solutions Specialist to join our team based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient adoption of enterprise digital applications. You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage demand requests, and provide support for projects and changes.
