The Product Manager for Kantar Marketplace Platform will work closely with a diverse global team to drive the next generation of research solutions and integrations on Kantar Marketplace. Qualifications

Required

  • Extensive product management experience (5+ years) with a track record of launching successful technology B2B products
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial competence
  • Proven growth mindset
  • Ability to outline comprehensive requirements and break them down into actionable epics and user stories
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with teams in an Agile environment
  • Experience defining product objectives and key results / critical metrics and using analytics tools to drive data driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms & digital marketplaces
  • Experience with Managing APIs / Integrations as a product

Product Manager – Kantar Marketplace

The Kantar Marketplace team is looking for a data-driven Product Manager with a track record of leading successful product initiatives from concept to market.

As a Product Manager for Kantar Marketplace Platform you’ll be working closely with a diverse global team across the business: customers, business development, sales, marketing, peer product managers, development teams and other functions to help drive the next generation of our research solutions and integrations on Kantar Marketplace.

The right candidate brings a mix of strong product management expertise, analytical thinking, leadership skills, technical knowledge and can do attitude.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supply to product strategy and vision for the Marketplace platform
  • Define, maintain and complete product roadmap, lead prioritization with collaborators and handle product backlog.
  • Perform competitive product analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends and ensure the new solutions are bold and commercially viable.
  • Conduct customer/user discovery interviews and usability testing with both customers and internal to ensure ultimate user experience.
  • Collaborate with international team of researchers, executives, UI/UX designers, sales, marketing, business development, operations and legal across the globe throughout the product life cycle
  • Author product requirements
  • Work closely with TPOs and engineering teams using Agile methodologies
  • Define product metrics, monitor KPIs, perform data analysis to make data driven decisions

The skills & expereince needed

  • Extensive product management experience (5+ years) with a track record of launching successful technology B2B products
  • Demonstrated history in managing complex projects, with an acute attention to quality. Proven ability to balance competing priorities and problem solve from the big strategic challenges to the small tactical decisions.  
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with the ability to interact with collaborators at all seniority levels. Comfort operating in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zones
  • Experience working with customers and conducting customer discovery sessions
  • Strong commercial competence
  • Shown growth mindset. Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to outline comprehensive requirements and break them down into actionable epics and user stories
  • Creative problem solver – you have a great eye for inspiring design and understand what makes a great user experience!
  • Shown expertise in Product Management methodology and standard processes
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with teams in an Agile environment
  • Experience defining product objectives and key results / critical metrics and using analytics tools to drive data driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms & digital marketplaces in particular a strong plus
  • Experience with handling APIs / Integrations as a product also a big plus!

This role is a fixed term contract position.

The salary range for this role in New York is $108,200 - $180,300. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
