Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of accounting leadership and financial management experience working in the healthcare and/or non-profit industry.
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance

Preferred

  • Master's degree
  • CPA

SNI Financial has partnered with our client to hire a full-time Controller working in the healthcare industry. The position would be responsible for directing and managing the financial activities for our client and their affiliates, ensuring transaction integrity, financial sustainability, and asset protection. Additional responsibilities include:

Principle Duties:

  • Oversees financial reporting, including monthly reports, payroll, accounts payable, and cash management.
  • Leads and develops accounting staff, creating and implementing processes to hire, motivate, and retain top talent while achieving departmental and enterprise goals.
  • Establishes financial controls, manages accounting functions, and ensures compliance with audit guidelines, while coordinating annual financial audits, 403(b) audits, cost reports, and 990 tax returns.
  • Assists with statistical and financial analysis reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of accounting leadership and financial management experience working in the healthcare and/or non-profit industry.
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance, master's degree & CPA Preferred


Compensation and Benefits:


The compensation for this position starts at $160,000 a year plus bonus eligibility. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
