  • One to two years experience working as a Physical Therapist

Overview:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans. Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans, and works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and staff. In addition, the Physical Therapist provides direction to Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced graduate degree required from an accredited academic program in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
  • Experience: Previous successful Physical Therapy delivery is preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire
  • Other: Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills are required
  • Preferred Experience: One to two years experience working as a Physical Therapist.
