Job Description
The role of the Clinical Supervisor (CS) is to assist clients in strengthening and establishing lifelong connections that will facilitate success throughout their lives. The CS will supervise clinicians and be the main contact for referral agencies. When needed, the CS will take on a clients and perform some or all of the following services: provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths and develop support networks that will help them overcome barriers; provide education and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, and positive communication.
