  • Ensure that Salesforce is consistently updated with all call and email details.
  • Organize and manage files and inventory.
  • Draft correspondences, formal documents, and edit simple floor plans.
  • Place orders for services and equipment, track progress, and update records.
  • Conduct independent research to assist with various tasks.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone, escalating when necessary.
  • Call in repair tickets to providers and follow up on repairs until resolved.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Paint.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team player who is self-driven and able to meet deadlines independently.

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking and a passion for helping others? We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both our customers and internal team by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records in our systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Phone & Email Communication: Answer and make phone calls to customers, vendors, and internal team members, followed by drafting and sending professional emails.
  • Salesforce Management: Ensure that Salesforce is consistently updated with all call and email details, keeping our CRM system accurate and current.
  • File & Inventory Management: Organize and manage files and inventory, ensuring everything is in order and readily available when needed.
  • Document Preparation: Draft correspondences, formal documents, and edit simple floor plans to provide to the necessary recipients.
  • Order & Service Management; Place orders for services and equipment, track progress, and update records once work is completed.
  • Research & Troubleshooting: Conduct independent research to assist with various tasks and troubleshoot customer issues over the phone, escalating when necessary.
  • Follow-up & Issue Resolution: Call in repair tickets to providers, and diligently follow up on repairs until they are resolved, keeping both customers and providers informed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Paint. Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
