Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Illinois or Michigan).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in Home Health, Physical Medicine & Rehab, or Sports Medicine.
  • Proficiency with various EMR systems, including Epic Home Health and TruChart EHR.
  • Valid regular Driver License and willingness to engage in local and regional travel.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options and on-call as needed.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $55-$75/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.
