The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at New Horizons in Autism Inc. is responsible for providing behavioral support services across various settings to adults on the autism spectrum. This role involves maintaining and overseeing a caseload, providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, and working under the guidance of a BCBA supervisor. The position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of the individuals and programs.
Primary Function: This behavior analyst will have a BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB. This candidate will be required to maintain and oversee a caseload of individuals and provide behavioral support services across day habilitation, residential, in-home, supported employment and community-based settings to adults on the autism spectrum. The BCaBA works under the guidance and close supervision of a BCBA supervisor and is required to participate in regularly scheduled supervision sessions (during and outside of scheduled work hours). The BCaBA will also provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (during and outside of scheduled work hours). The standard work schedule will be 8:30am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri. Evening and weekend hours are scheduled on an as needed basis. Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on the needs of the individuals and the programs in which services are being provided to. If services are provided outside the standard work schedule, time may be flexed accordingly.

Salary Range: $50 - $60k per year.
All NHIA staff will be required to cooperate with the licensee, Department of Human Service (DHS) staff in any inspection or investigation. NHIA staff must also work in collaboration with NHIA’s fact-finding internal investigators.
