Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records. Your compassion and attention to detail will contribute to providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications accurately and according to prescribed schedules.
• Document medication administration and resident responses in medical records.
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications.
• Report to the supervisor and document medication errors.
• Remind clients of their medications when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Certified by the Board of Nursing as Certified Medication Technician
• 2 or more years in a healthcare setting (nursing home, hospital, and home health preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Must be able to read and write clearly and have strong communication skills.

License/Certification

• Board of Nursing as Certified Medication Technician (required)
• CPR/First Aid Certified (required)
