  • Work with and influence diverse teams from all areas of the company.
  • Ensure timely manufacturing readiness to support seamless ramp to volume in the EFK 300mm wafer fab.
  • Ensure that documentation is complete and consistent with Onsemi’s Transfer, Development / Acquisition procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • Demonstrated track record of leadership skills working with diverse groups of engineers and other experts.
  • Ability to matrix manage across organizational boundaries both domestically and abroad.
  • Effective communication at all levels of the organization, including the executive staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering.

Preferred

  • 12 or more years in program management or program management experience in semiconductor or other manufacturing environments combined with business, operations, engineering, or product management.
  • Semiconductor technology experience, manufacturing, new product development experience.
  • Volume manufacturing and associated change management and quality assurance experience.

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation of onsemi technologies and strategies at the East Fishkill (EFK) 300mm wafer fab. The selected individual will be part of the EFK Technology Development organization responsible for managing projects that “move the needle” on new manufacturing opportunities. This will include working with Development, Design, Test, Integration, Device, Yield, Process, and Equipment engineering experts to ensure new processes and technologies meet success criteria requirements to ensure performance, yield, and reliability levels needed for competitive production are achieved. The role will be involved in driving new technology development, transfers of existing technology from other wafer fabrication facilities, and business process improvement projects relating to New Product/Technology Introduction. A key part of this role will be working with and influencing the direction of diverse teams from all areas of the company, including Fab, OSAT, BU, & Central Eng’ IC’s & project leaders. The goal of this position is to add coordination, collaboration, and focus to ensure timely manufacturing readiness to support seamless ramp to volume in the EFK 300mm wafer fab. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
