The CNA is responsible for providing client care services in accordance with the individualized physician ordered plan care. The CNA is responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations to RNCM, and documenting observations and care performed. A Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) is a person certified to practice nurse aide services by the State Board of Nursing and will provide services in accordance with the Nursing Standards of Practice and must be certified by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
