  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items
  • Act as a liaison for leader’s direct reports, facilitating effective communication and coordination
  • Organize team meetings and events within budget guidelines, including Power Point presentations, booking conference rooms, and arranging travel
  • Procure goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials
  • Timely and accurate reconciliation of expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Provide backup support to Executive Business Administrator

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience with calendar management for leadership using Outlook
  • 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience managing executive/management calendars in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, with the capacity to assist with larger events
