Chief Executive Officer

Optimize Search Group has been retained to fill a CEO role with a premier medical services provider recently bought by one of the largest and fastest growing surgical services groups in the country within their specialization.

The publicly traded parent co. manages 175 locations in 30+ states inclusive of ASC's, surgical hospitals, multi-specialty practices, and urgent care sites and they're committed to actively growing the company.

This group consists of around 15 practices. The CEO of this group will report to the VP of Op's at the parent company and will have direct reports that include the CFO, head of Administration, head of HR, etc.

Candidates must have multi-unit medical practice experience coupled with C-level or VP level leadership experience. The right candidate will need to have the following:

• Physician relations experience
• Ability to manage clinicians
• Understanding of healthcare ops, quality, patient care, etc.
• Ability to grow market share

The CEO is accountable for driving market strategy, developing physician partner relationships, revenue growth, maintaining a high level of clinical quality and ensuring efficiency in operations. The role will primarily be in office or visiting locations locally.

Requirements:

• Material experience leading a multi-site clinical operation.
• ASC or Practice Management within the eye care space preferred.
• RCM experience.
• Brings initiative, resourcefulness, executive presence, as well as analytical rigor.
• Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.
