The Catering Fulfillment Manager at HoneyBaked is responsible for overseeing the entire B2B catering and gifting fulfillment operations process from order placement to delivery, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.   • Supervise the packing and ensure transportation of catering orders to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the catering process.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all catering orders meet client specifications and company standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding catering orders.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, including drivers, servers, and support staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for catering operations.
  • Implement cost-effective practices for inventory procurement and usage.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally with catering or business gifting, or a related industry.
  • Solid experience with all Microsoft products, especially Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing logistics, supervising staff, and maintaining strict adherence to company standards and client specifications. Duties will include heavy focus on client retention and may include new client acquisition. This is an on-site position in Framingham, and relocation assistance is not available.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

YOUR TRACK RECORD

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong organizational and planning skills, strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally with catering or business gifting, or a related industry. Solid experience with all Microsoft products, especially Excel.


WHAT ELSE TO KNOW?

This position may require around 50% travel within an assigned market based on the needs of the business, so this position does require a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
