Qualifications

Required

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
  • Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles
  • General understanding of structured credit products
  • Competent in all MS Office products
  • Advanced MS Excel abilities - Comfortable with complex formulas and modelling techniques

Job Description

Overview Structured Credit Services (SCS) provides trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, custodial, loan administration and paying/transfer agent services on over 400 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) both domestically and throughout Europe/Asia. As the Structured Credit Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for the clients. In addition, you will manage the overall relationship with those clients, particularly as it pertains to the monthly compliance reporting and quarterly note valuation reporting. This role may also include the management of cash transactions for high profile clients with sophisticated cash relationships.
